Know exactly what you mean, sharck, as I am also a recovering scalper, although, alas, I have yet to hold a stock position for 2 or 3 days. But I am making progress, and frequently achieve an hour or two. As the poet once said, "I have never spoken out against the chewing of tobacco, as I have never chewed it. That is a punishment reserved for the reformed tobacco chewer."
