Thanks for the clarification. It seems we're not as far apart as I had imagined. I guess we only differ in how we perceive the game plan the Jobs is implementing. I am aware that many people would like to see things move a bit faster. My take is that Jobs is very serious about making sure that all that is promised is delivered. This takes care, patience and clear vision. You can't rush the harvest. I realize that time is of the essence for Apple's recovery. Since we both would like to see Apple succeed, I hope I am right, but your point is well taken. I also feel that the changes that Jobs has implemented are sweeping reforms, and therefore deserve more than "nickle and dime" status.

And regarding MicroSoft's marketing having been more aggressive than Apple's in the past, I clearly agree. I do however believe that the "Snail" ad is effectively and sufficiently aggressive. It is my hope that Apple pursues this trend.
