I have not seen stocks continue to go up or stay there on downgrades. Case in point JNPR. Me thinks the brokerages are getting hurt this time since their downgrades are not producing desired effects. I don't know who is buying tech stocks from an investment standpoint but the market refuses to listen to valuations. BRCM keeps going up with no downgrade or upgrade. What is it. Just short covering but that also has its limits.
