Kerry is also a very weak leader with no core convictions. If he gets elected then Al Qaeda will probably be able to regroup, drawing as they do from a very large pool of young, disaffected men all over the Middle East and Northern Africa. Iran and North Korea will most likely become nuclear powers. Libya and Pakistan, which have responded constructively to American strength so far, will naturally start hedging their bets all over again at the first sign of American vacillation, and China, which for the first time has laid out a time-definite sked (2020-ish) for annexing Taiwan, will probably overreach if they don't overreact to their very own radical Islam problem in their western provinces which will naturally be fueled by the Russian's renewed commitment towards destroying radical Islam in their southern republics.
