The first thing the management of any public company does when they begin to realize that they might not make their numbers for the quarter is to scramble for some way to fix the problem before the end of the quarter. Only when they know for sure that they can't do that do they go ahead and warn. As far as I can see, Citrix management HAS fessed up, explained the problem, etc. What makes me agree with your sentiment, at least, is the clear indication that this news was leaked to some groups of people in advance of the public warning. I think that's pretty obvious from the action on Thursday and Friday. And this isn't the first time. Citrix has always seemed to be a company that didn't do a good job keeping a lid on material information before announcing it. I say "seemed", however, because I'm not willing to condemn people absolutely when I'm don't have enough evidence. - Allen PS: Still believe that the company can and will demonstrate that this is only a speed bump. But I may believe that only because I don't want to believe otherwise.
