Because Obama has refused to work through Congress, his legacy is limited to the durability of executive orders, particularly if the lose the ACA (not likely on the current issue but seriously challenge next year).

Obama was not able to work with Congress since 2010 because Rs have controlled the House since then. And no one can work with Rs.........see the current inability of McConnell and Boehner to work together.

Remember........I haven't drunk your silly koolaid.

Clinton is far less likely to sustain those decisions while Warren or some other might.

Clinton worked for Obama...........its very likely they are on the same page on a lot of issues.

And he obviously never liked her in the first place.
