mozek, Forget it. MSFT is going to lose this one. They already lost the Java logo in court & SUNW is not trying to bludgeon them like the DOJ. They're asking the court to require MSFT to ship 100% Java or to let SUNW provide for them to ship. I don't see the court having a problem with that. You can "read" the agreement any way you want. The code is SUNW's IP & they demand compatibility as a requirement for ALL licensees. MSFT FAILED, so MSFT can't legally ship their product. BTW: invective is appropriate when it is accurately applied. In Gates' case, I was being charitable.
