IOMG products are great, but customer service stinks!! I documented my problems in a thread entitled "Concerns and Suggestions..." (you can find it in the archives). Anyway, send some snail mail to the customer service department, and investor relations (if you are a shareholder). I received a fairly rapid reply to my problems. Maybe it was the fact that I told them I was posting my experiences here @ SI that made them move, though.
