It must be nice to be based in Indonesia. The Internet is world wide, and you can send mail or post to anywhere in the world your heart desires at the click of a mouse, while sitting at home at your computer terminal. No one even knows where you are. There is no responsibility for what you say or do, no accountability, no need to worry about securities regulators knocking at your door . . . no fear that you might face a lawsuit for defamation because you got carried away, yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre.
Maybe I'm just grasping at straws, hoping against hope that Bre-X turns out not to be a total fraud like most on this thread seem to think. It may be pointless, I may be wrong to think otherwise, and I DO have egg all over my face and, it appears, a substantial financial loss, to boot.
Just the same, before I rush out and dump all my shares based on your allegations of fraud, I'd be obliged if you could do me the courtesy of posting here any factual support you have for your statement that:
>I can think of no alternative than a sytematic salting >of the core. I can't imagine how this could be done for so long and with so many >respected and knowledgable people visiting the property over the years. But there >you go.
Do you have any actual facts to support this? Do you believe it to be true, or do you just not care whether it is true or not?
I know I probably would not be able to sue you if it turned out you knew your accusations were unfounded, since you are in Indonesia. and I am in the U.S., and the securities laws and the like are VERY complex. So, you have nothing in that regard to fear from me.
Still, if you have any actual facts to support these accusations, let's see you post them. |
