C Hudson, Well I said something similar several thousands posts ago. Basically it has to do with the number and locations of samples. There ain't enough and they aren't deep enough. Even if it is not said in the 8K, It seems that that this is also what the SEC's geologist conclude. Sure there is gold at Cangalli... but a few pockets of high grade gold may not make it for the big numbers announced by Guido. Unfortunetely, the technical report will never be released...so we will never know the exact technical data. Therefore, we have to believe the SEC.
