Individual Investor lists S3 as having one of the highest rates of insider selling in January and February. About 20 insiders sold several million dollars worht of stock. Let's face it fellow investors, company insiders manipulate information for their own benefit on a routine basis and those who feel that this is their God given right have a narrow appreciation for stockholders rights - we own the company don't we? aren't the insiders, above all else, supposed to have our interestes legally and moraly as their #1 obligation and priority?
