Yes Arnold should have listened to Buffett, and so should Bush. Instead, Arnold borrowed 15-16 billion putting the problem off so someone else has to deal with it later. I believe in pay as you go and believe a responsible leader would be taking responsibility not sloughing it off to the next generation. So now California is in hock. We will all pay more for this in the long run.
