Were taxes cut for the war in Mexico or did they simply stay the same? How big a war was that in comparison to Iraq? It wasn't a vague guess, go look at the WSJ article. Message 19796898 There are 50 states, when you've gone through their budgets and figured out why they're in trouble let me know.
