RNTK has stated much more than they are in "talks". They have stated that talks are progressing and are in their final stages. They are also required to report to shareholders if talks are not in their final stages anymore or are not progressing. Granted these are relative terms and there may be some wiggle room for RNTK, but I find it hard to believe that TX would continue to allow RNTK to make such statements if they were not true. While RNTK may have wiggle room in their statements, a major oil corporation would NEVER take such risks for the benefit of RNTK. They would never even potentially expose themselves to POSSIBLE shareholder or SEC claims of wrongdoing, IMO.

<<The talks ARE technically continuing.. so there is no need to publish a thing.>>

Well if this is true, then nothing has changed w/ the stock so RNTK is not a SCAM.

<<This is the Scam. I'm not suggesting that RNTK is part of it.

RNTK will need to continue to dilute their stock. Take a look at the revenue numbers versus continuing costs of operations. They do have a vested interest in the stock price remaining as high as possible in order to reduce the dilution.>>

Well actually these are contradictory statements. Is, in your opinion, RNTK a part of the so-called SCAM or not?

After the MTEI fiasco, I am very willing to take any claim of scam VERY seriously. After all, CEOs can and do lie. I still fell the independent PROOF is in TXs silence. Why would TX expose themselves to even the potential of a RNTK shareholder lawsuit by allowing RNTK to represent these talks as something they are not (using TX name). Did or did not TX lawyers approve the PRs that used their names in the annual report, in your opinion? I think they had to, therefore, they agreed that the PRs ACCURATELY reflected the negotiations to date. You want to help us shareholders out, read these PRs to your contacts and ask how TX could agree to these phrases with the talks being in the state you contend they are in. ASk him if TX has even thought about the possibility of a RNTK shareholder lawsuit because TX failed to correct the PRs RNTK published even after TX lawyers reviewed and approved them (assuming they did).

Contradict this logic and you will help your case - cite vague contacts and whispers will not.
