inchingup, you holding any of the actual hard stuff? I had friend here in LA that would buy gold coins each year for his children at christmas time. Then one day he was robbed and they got his guns and coins. The police didn't even try to find the thief, staing that there was no way he could have had that much gold. They thought he was trying to pull the wool over thier eyes. With the rise in the price of gold, it did sound like he couldn't have bought all that gold. I don;t have any gold or gold coins, but I do have several old coins. I have one that was priced at over $4000 that I inherited. Its a 1976 Continintal Congress coin. One of the first minted in the New Country.
