There is no mystery. US Bancorp did not buy any shares.. they held the stock for Walter Scott.. they thought as trustee that they were required to file the 13G.. they found out they were wrong. they rescinded the 13G.. on Friday of last week, Scott filed his own 13D as beneficial owner of the shares.
