And, amazingly enough, it retained all of it's famed ease of use and plug-and-play capabilities.

It always amazes me the amount of s**t that so-called advanced users tolerate, be it Win3.11, Unix, Linux or MacOS. Of all the OSes I've used the two that I consider the less harmful (in their time) are MacOS around 1991 and WinNT today.

Yet, just a few days ago I had to run some legacy MSDOS code and I couldn't help but be charmed by being able to "install" a software package just by copying the directory from a floppy to a hard drive. I don't care what M$, UNIX or Apple say, you ought to still be able to do that.
