Wisconsin, as far as I know, requires all businesses to abide by the minimum mark-up law.

It is silly...

When and where there is actually collusion, nothing is done. However, if any station sells below the official mark-up, well then the state is there to whip them into line. For all the bluster about 'gouging,' unfair pricing, etc., the AG is not interested. Net--net, it is all political. It just depends if you're a friend of the Gov. Gas retailers were one of his top campaign contribution sources, and perhaps no. one. I can't remember....because it doesn't matter.
