From a lurker: I see there is a class action suit against S3 for manipulating the financial information to the detriment of the stockholders, with benefical results for management, who sold at inf;ated prices. As a former shareholder(within the period specified in the suit) does it seem worthwhile to add one's name to the suit? Thank you.
