Char, Thanks for all of the information that you have provided those of us that could not make it to the AGM. <<and it seems that brokerage firms will not hold shares that are restricted.>> Course not they can't make any money on restricted shares. With IRA accounts, the brokers should be forced to hold them since we, as account owners, have no other choice. <<Right now MXAM is not sure how to even get a list of shareholders on the date of record for the spin-offs.>> Would copies of our brokerage statements work? <VBG> I have faith that Dale will get it worked out eventually and since I don't plan on selling my MXAM any time soon, I'll wait.
