Hi Ramsey TMS can refer to two things. One is the TMS DSP processors that TI makes. The other is Tornado for Managed Switches. To my knowledge, Tornado for Managed Switches sits on enterprise or telco switches, not client boxes such that the TMS320C5472 is addressing. Even if the TMS320C5472 is using Tornado for Managed Switches, it is using a much trimmed down version. The news release only mentions VxWorks, not Tornado for Managed Switches. Yes, IP phone is another lily that's growing. The potential size of this market is huge. Khan
