My avoiding the energy sector was a good choice but my tech stocks and REITs are not too happy either. Hopefully the death curve will be flat by the time my CDs mature and my tech stocks & REITs are still in business. With $20 oil and hatred of the industry from so many, I'll still leave others to risk bankruptcy of those stocks to catch a falling knife. XOM chart:
