if in that range then i would certainly change my opinion. anything that drops taxes for lower income. I still think lower income taxes are too high and Bush was too generous to upper income. Any reduction in tax to lower income gets spent. I like flat tax with no deductions so upper income people do pay a tax. so many still are not paying taxes because of loop holes.
