Do u watch the ISLD book? It's probably cause no one came to the other side of your trade for that last 200 shares. A million shares could go at your price, but if no one preferences ISLD for your 200 shares, it sits there until someone does. That's one of the few drawbacks to having your orders go there first.

P.S You sure there's no pill for that problem? ( re: Anne's comment)
