It isn't being ignored. I've responded to essentially the same post a half dozen times when YOU made it. It s bullshit.

You can't say Bush had NO role; but the reality is that the confluence of events that killed the economy in 2008 began in the early 90s and began spinning out of control by the late 90s. Bush was able to prop it up after the Clinton recession with tax cuts. But ultimately, it was going to crash.

Robert Rubin, instead of firing Brooksley Born, should have kissed her ass and done whatever she told him to do.
