Hi David, In the case of COF, yes at this point COF is oversold. You would do nothing but watch closely. Because COF is still overvalued in the P/E it has more to fall when if/when the next market exit comes. That is the reason why we are assessing the risk/reward. Think potential fat bear! The technicals go along with the other data presented to provide the clues.
