Bill thanks!! we could be range bound on most techs yet earnings have to come in to move the techs higher. I'll settle for range bound. there are some positive signs of semi's breaking out. Could this be the beginning of the demise of the BEAR for tech? We need a confirmation next week or two or all our dogs might be barking again. ;)
