To All,

Compuserve's VESTOR rates AMTX as a buy as well...

VESTOR/computer-based opinion for: AMTX Page 1 of 3

AMATI COMMS COR, traded OTC, in the OFFICE EQUIP industry, is rated as a
major buy for long term investors. The fundamental rating for the stock is in
the 10th decile, that is, it is rated in the bottom 10% of all companies based
on fundamentals. Further, projections show that the stock could go up 17.6%
within the next 12 months.

The reward/risk ratio for AMATI COMMS COR at this time is 42/99. That is,
the stock could go up 42% in a bull market and go down 99% in a bad market.
(This is a highly unfavorable reward/risk ratio.)

In VESTOR's unique short-term self-testing feature, the stock would have been
sold at 14.4375 3 weeks ago. The stock (currently: 13.3906) has gone down 7.3%
since then. Therefore, the program short-term appears to be working for this
stock.

I'm concerned about the short term outlook however,
(Note: I'm not an expert at TA but here is what I see)
AMTX has broken its long term uptrend and appears to be in a Declining Wedge channel or even a Decending Triangle. If it is in a Decling wedge this is Bullish, If its in a Decending Triangle this is a bearsh sign.

Stocastics are down, MACD are down though they appear to be leveling out. Volume is up as the price is dropping.
All of these indicate that the price will drop lower short term before it will get any higher to me.

This looks to me that the stock is going to fall farther the next few days at least. This could be a good buying oportunity and it may be worth waiting a few days before you jump in with anymore money.
Any feedback from people into TA?

I like the potential for this company but hate to see it drifting downward short term since I am long in this stock and don't want to add to my position.

Carl.
