Harry it is unfortunate but some people are going to despair over their paper losses. Some people are going to sell. Those who were fortunate enough to get in before the recent spike have good reason to feel good. Those that bought on Monday or anywhere above $2 have just as good a reason to despair. We can't change the past anymore than we can foretell the future. It's not unreasonable to sell a stock at a profit or at a loss if you feel you have the right reasons to do it. But I will say again. What is so different about this stock one week after it hit it's 52 week high? So as far as the contracts go I will only say a couple of things. How often does a really big proven company announce contract wins. It isn't every day. It's not even once a week. Actually it's been my experience that you hear about big contract wins only a few times a year. The other thing I will say about contracts is that many companies will actually work together for quite some time before a contract is announced. Anyone who reads through this thread will find plenty of evidence that OZON has been negotiating(working) with a several companies in different areas. I think that all the attention the company got the last two weeks most likely will result in a number of meetings between OZON representatives and food processing companies. That phone was not just ringing off the hook due to investor interest. So how do we nail down when the company will annouce the signing of a really HUGE contract. We don't. We simply have to accept that it will happen. We have to hope it will be soon but there are no guarantees. While we wait everyone should be secure in the knowledge that this company is promoting itself as well as any it's size. They have a documentary that will be aired. They made the DJNS twice in less than one week. If you are despairing(Harry I know you're not) reread the company press releases. Melinda Ballard is doing a terrific job. If all that doesn't work then simply sell. You are going to miss a heck of a ride back up beyond $3 3/4's but as I said there are no guarantees. Regards, Jeff
