He is an economist who looks at the economy from the perspective of generational "spending waves". He proposes that the the largest population in our history is just arriving at their peak earning and spending years, which will result in the fastest growing economy ever seen for the next ten or so years after which time this same generation will begin to go into retirement and the economy will falter (requiring different investment strategies...like by then the Japanese may be approaching their next large generational spending wave).

I'm sure amazon will be happy to provide you with a copy of his book(s).
