While we talk spinoffs, lets not forget SFA's SciCare division:
biz.yahoo.com
This press release was clearly intending the reader to think that this "professional services" division can do their jobs regardless of which vendor's technology gets implemented for a given MSO.
Even if a spinoff does not happen, it still brings in the cash and demonstrates the quality of SFA.
