I have a couple comments. First of all, if an industry shakeout occurs, SCH stock will get shaken with the rest, at least until it is clear that it is a winner. Secondly, SCH was a target of a major bank once (Bank of America), but they sold it back to Chuck. Given the fact that SCH has a much higher PE than the banking industry it would be more likely that this time around SCH buys a major bank, rather than the reverse.
