RE,

One could have said exactly as you just said on CKG in many occasions during the last 3 years. Still the stock is up more than 220% since it went public in summer 2002.

CKG is not the regular stock who will announce that a bird just flew over their property so they can attract investors attention.

The company is very well run with $25 millions in the bank. It had $25M in 2002. Still during that period, CKG has acquired a number of promising properties with at least one with a gold resource. They have discovered a promising gold disctrict that has excellent chances of providing one or more economic deposit.

I can understand your impatience given the failure of one of their first JVed property. But that is mother nature. It takes years to make big money.

FYI, Francisco Gold (their predecessor), started trading as a mining company in early 1994 with a market value of $16 millions and went to a market value in excess of $450 millions in March 1997 on the El Sauzal discovery and speculation and was finally taken off the market following Glamis takeover in July 2007. Market cap was then $380 millions or so.

Although we are late on the schedule, we are living through different times. Patience should reward us big time within the next 5 years, most likely within the next two years.

Good Luck.
