Saw where the swede minister of finance was talking about getting completely off fossil fuel, He said their small country plan would take to 2045 to absorb all the cost and new infrastructure. So i don't think even the best laid Democratic plans. To weed America's dependence on fossil fuel will come to fruition in our lifetime.
