I've seen pictures of it, and I'd guess well over 25 other people have too. Since it has been measured by scientific instruments with repeated results- I think I can accept it as a fact, or close enough.

I can also infer the fact of brain ownership since I function as if I have one. If I had not seen my brain, I grant you the possibility could exist that something else was controlling my higher functions as well as my autonomic ones- but since I have both actual and inferential data, I am willing to go out on a limb and conclude that my brain, is a fact. Much as a dislike nailing things down.
