During the bubble a drop in the Book to Bill from a reading of +1.20 to +1.10 would cause a huge sell off. Things are indeed different this time.

My take on MUEI matches yours. I have thought for a long time MUEI was an inventory dumping ground as well as a vehicle to control revenues reported by MU through arbitrary pricing. If the SEC is sniffing around it shouldn't be long for some odors of a POS to be detected.
