How long are we going to beat this dead horse ( insider selling ). If things were so bad at S3 I am sure that we would have seen some earnings revisions by now and some down grading of S3 stock. The fact is this is typical for a high tech company and S3 has a history of insiders selling at this time of the year, not to mention that the CFO is probably selling all his shares. If S3 was the only stock declining in techs I would be very worried but as Frank posted a list all tech stocks have been declining, even the all mighty Intel down was down 25% ( 165 to 125 7/8 )recently. The info that I posted back 2 weeks from Paine Webber stated that the insider selling was MODERATE. RobS are you still long on this stock or did you sell out and buy TRID. Compaq announces new systems on 4-7. Should be interesting . Grogg
