But you didn't make the case that the deal is anything other than lousy. Because Obama did it it is great, right?

There are a lot of obvious problems with it, he did give away the store, but the fundamental problem is obvious to any thinking person: It has no teeth.

If it is decided that the agreement has been violated, there is nothing to do about it. Why in the world they wouldn't have provided some meaningful remedy I don't know. No deal without teeth is worth a plug nickel.
