Toby, if you are right, then the present drop would be a buying opportunity since Zwan's selling would be completely unrelated to the business of DIGL... I do not like the present drop, of course, but maybe one should consider buying more here. I'll try to check if DIGL IR dept. has anything to say about Zwan's intentions to sell of his stock. Still long here.

On another note, can anybody say whether EXFO and DIGL are direct competitors in any way? As I understand, EXFO also manufactures portable optical testing equipment. I just don't know what exactly, at this point.
