Hi Glenn, The WSJ article sets out a lot of useful facts on the trouble with the current redistricting schemes. The one element that I'm completely in disagreement with them on is their laisse faire attitude toward the corruption of money in the current system. Today, we have bribery electing candidates in all but name. Which is comforting to the WSJ, I'm sure. :) -R.
