Roger- On a primary basis, there were only 12.2 million outstanding, but on a fully diluted basis there were 13.6 million outstanding. You should use the 13.6 million for your calculation purposes, as this is the amount that will most likely be outstanding in the future + ABCN shares + shares to be added from options with higher strike prices as detailed in my synopsis.
