Karl - Sophie Taylor I think is/was the IR for Winspear Resources, a lovely gracious lady whom I have talked to many times. This recent news release says the agreements were filed, and I would think Sophie (Cirque Minerals) doesn't get the shares until the VSE accepts the filing of the agreements, just in case they had second thoughts about the deal. Maybe someone else knows, maybe I phone Sophie tomorrow. I like the sound of the chat over on the Major General about a super sulphide zone, and I'm still looking for someone to make a deal with Labrador/Pallaum pretty soon. If those guys take advantage of this situation, they could come out with some big cash in the bank, and a free drill program on their property which if it firms up anything, might pave the way for a vacation-type of life for these lads.
