pa may go red depending on bush and how he does. I have to assume part of the vote in counties outside philly could have gone to bush if not for war in Iraq. Of course Philly is the exception.
pa was closer than Ohio. you are right Bush did not lose by a lot in this state.

You look at the map, you see heavy blue over the large cities , which get tons of money from gov. to support tremendous programs and cannot support themselves.
