You're okay Realist. That's the way it works. There is this two to five day period from when the shares leave the TA to when they get into your hands that they seem to disappear. If your account shows the shares out, watch your mail box. The one part of this process I don't like is the mailing. I wish they'd send them by registered mail, but then you'd have to be home to sign for them. You all might want to consider getting a safety deposit box for your certs. It only cost about 10 bucks and it protects you in case of fire or other disasters. --Coz
