oh bummer! Let me see? we will have all our combat troops out by March 31 of next year sure sounds like a date definite to stupid hopeless me. Then again an intelligent lawyer (an oxymoron) could argue that being a phrase next year was used it isn't really a date definite. It isn't the same as saying all our combat troops will be out by March 31,2009. Besides one would also need to know what the meaning of combat troops is. Seems like all us stupid hopeless americans are wrong once again. When the anointed one said March 31 of next year it wasn't a date definite. He really didn't mean March 31 2009 but March 31 next year which at this moment means March 31 2011 but is still not a date definite. Next year at this same time March 31 next year will mean march 31,2012. See it isn't really a date definite. It is not even suppose to be a date definite.

Don't worry! Be Happy!
