Of course they were deliberate. The question would be: To what aim?
It's a big jump from trying to make a balance sheet look good for a nice bonus to forming a multi-corporation conspiracy trying to defraud
stockholders for the gain of a few hundred thousand dollars.

Now, I don't know if you are like me or not, but I've always said,
that if I were ever to be possessed to embezzle, it would have to be for millions and millions(that's plural). That, in order to bribe enough, change enough, and get away enough to not ever be caught.

Course the legal way, if not quite moral, is to become a bottom-dwelling scum-sucker and rip off STOOPID investors who feel they are OWED a profit from every investment they make.

Ooops! I better quit. I feel a rant coming on.
