Do you mean Intel (INTC)? The lead on Intel was to get you guys thinking about what happens if a 800 pound Gorilla in a similar market makes moves into a new market. Even the threat of such a thing happening is enough to shake the trees and break a few branches. I think INTC is overvalued right now, but the promise of changing into a networking + CPU powerhouse has visions of sugarplums dancing before investors eyes.

MMCN really got hurt with the latest IBM/CSCO announcement, but in a contrary opinion H&Q named it to a focus stock this morning. It is difficult for me to value MMCN since the outcome of the IBM/CSCO announcement is not well defined in it's impact to MMCN.

Short term MMCN might be a better buy than INTC. Longer term it will depend on how well INTC assimilates their recent acquisitions in the area. IMO, INTC should buy MMCN and solidify their LAN market, but I'm just a peon.
