iBEAM Broadcasting Corporation announced a multi-faceted relationship to improve webcast services for financial and enterprise customers with CCBN, a provider of Internet-based shareholder communications services. The deal is composed of three major components that leverage the strengths of each company's leadership position in their respective fields. First, CCBN will use iBEAM as its primary provider for virtual presentation webcasts for all its corporate investor relations (IR) clients. Second, iBEAM has acquired CCBN's dynamic "TalkPoint" technology assets. The TalkPoint product, which is immediately available, is a web-based self-publishing presentation tool that enables users to broadcast complex media presentations to widely dispersed audiences. Within the IR arena, CCBN will maintain exclusive rights to the TalkPoint technology through services exclusively provided by iBEAM. Lastly, iBEAM will now offer companies and financial institutions the ability to distribute their webcast events on CCBN's StreetEvents service (www.streetevents.com) and on more than 20 investment portals with which CCBN has relationships, including America Online.

The agreement extends their relationship through at least Oct. 31, 2001.
