Aggie. Also could be this: 1. Long term (2-3 year outlook) our stock is undervalued so let's use cash as currency in the take over. 2. Intermediate term (1-6 months outlook) economy is going down like a stone, NG prices could decline for a few months AND our consulting economist just told me most times the Fed's done a series of interest rate cuts OS stocks have done lousy for months. Why not play it safe and bail on 10-15% of my half million shares. Heck it's up a bunch in 2 yrs. Maybe this is a good time to do some serious lightening up.
