You got it! I would also like to add that AMD is also cranking out fast chips for the low end and CPQ is one of their large clients. Dell does not buy from AMD. So predicting PC demand based on INTC alone is no longer valid. A 2 or 3% reduction in INTC's revenue could be due to a combined loss of market share and price competition. Something INTC would not announce. The market may wake up to this fact sometime tonight. But then again, that would require some calm cool evaluation. That might be too difficult in the middle of oil, euro, inflation, and earnings panic time.
